Software & Account Support

Account activation, progress chart, sessions, and everything related to the TheraPee software.

Go to www.bedwettingclinics.com and click "New user account activation". Enter your activation code.

If you ordered directly from the TheraPee website, your activation code is the email address you used during purchase. Amazon customers: your code is your Amazon Order ID. If you purchased elsewhere, contact your seller for the code.

For tablet users, download the "TheraPee" app. If you have any issues activating, please contact us.

Go to your account subscriptions page on our website. If you encounter any issues, contact our support team at support@bedwettingtherapy.com.

Small stains that don't reach the sheet and trigger the alarm are actually a positive sign, showing increased control and better reflexes.

If small stains appear after wet nights and this is a new improvement, award it a star to encourage the child. However, if stains become frequent or happen on consecutive nights, mark it as the smallest spot size and estimate the time of the incident. Marking it as a star in this case would give the software incorrect data.

You may be trying to place a blue star when a red one is needed. After three dry nights in a row, the fourth star should be red. Check the "How to fill up the progress chart" video in the FAQ section, located above the progress chart on the right side.

If your child stayed dry all night, they earn a blue star. Simply have your child drag the star from the top left of the chart to the relevant date box.

A blue star is awarded after each dry night. After 3 consecutive dry nights, the 4th dry night earns a red star. The pattern then continues.

Since the software is personalized to each child's condition, the timeline varies. Gold stars are typically introduced after 4 to 6 weeks of complete dryness.

If you have gaps in the chart, we strongly recommend contacting our support team. We will delete the gaps and allow you to continue where you left off, keeping the treatment data accurate.

Click the "Review last session" button on the top left side of the chart. To watch sessions from earlier in the treatment, contact support and ask to rewind the chart.

Since the treatment is personalized, there is no universal list of exercises. Contact our support team at support@bedwettingtherapy.com and ask to rewind the chart to the first session (weeks 3-4). This lets you rewatch all videos from the beginning and note the exercises.

Starting around weeks 19-20, sessions change from every 2 weeks to every 4 weeks. During the gap between sessions, there will be no new video to watch. This is normal and expected at this stage of treatment.
